Mr. Andelman has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage and property management in the residential and commercial real estate sectors. Mr. Andelman has leased, sold and managed over 2 million square feet of commercial property in Chicago metropolitan area including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality, and has generated over $100 million of sales volume.

Mr. McCright is a Harvard MBA and serial entrepreneur. Career achievements include C-level leadership roles in five high-growth, capital and infrastructure intensive start-ups in construction, agribusiness, food sector and franchising industries. Since 2012 he has been Senior Consultant at Family Business Institute providing strategic planning, executive recruiting and ownership succession planning guidance to business leaders.

Mr. Andelman has been a strategic advisor to the company since its inception. He is a technology, digital business strategy, digital marketing and ecommerce operations leader specializing in business capability improvement for B2B and B2C businesses. In technology leadership roles he has helped ecommerce businesses implement best practices to transform operations and improve financial performance.

Mr. McCright is a recent graduate from Kelley School of Business. Studies included Finance, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Innovation and economics. Prior to joining The Company he held business consultant, financial analyst and business development roles in banking, construction, education and technology industries.

Mr. Cicchinelli has been a commercial real estate broker with deep knowledge of the investment market through brokerage, leasing, and long-term property management.

Ms. Feldstein is responsible for developing and leading The Company’s business development strategies. She brings 20 years of US and international real estate marketing and sales experience to The Company. Throughout her career she has demonstrated the ability to successfully leverage relationships with clients and corporate leaders. She combines her real estate experience with active participation in forums supporting emerging opportunities for cryptocurrency in the real estate industry.

Mr. Kohlhagen is a George Washington University graduate with 16 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, brokerage and finance. He is responsible for recruiting real estate owners and developers seeking to diversify holdings by converting a portion of their equity to digital asset securities to build The Company’s property assets portfolio.

Mr. Gunderson has been a practicing Attorney in the State of Illinois since 2006 and a Real Estate Broker since 2008. An early adopter in the Cryptocurrency space, he was introduced to ABC in Summer 2021 and was immediately taken with the concept of tokenization of Real Estate. In his words, “you’ve already built what is on the tip of the tongue of so many in this space.”

Stacey Mankoff has joined ABC FinTech as Director of Marketing. Stacey is the Managing Principal of The Mankoff Company and Founder of After the Bell events. She also is the creator and producer of the Bellringer, one-on-one recorded interviews with thought leaders in the Finance and FinTech industry. Stacey has served as an industry liaison and connector within the financial trading and crypto/digital asset communities for more than a decade. She has been published in Blockchain.io; ProActive Advisor, Chainium and BNC. Stacey has degrees from SUNY Binghamton; the London School of Economics and New York University.

Ms. Carter graduated from the University of South Florida, majoring in education. Her outstanding organizational and communication skills have quickly made her an asset to the company. Along with assisting the executive team with a variety of tasks, including investor outreach, her passion for creating digital content and advancing Spanish fluency bring a fresh perspective within the company. Nicole uses her creativity and manages ABC’s social media pages while crafting unique engaging videos for our followers.
