Investment Strategy

ABC's investment strategy focuses on building a portfolio that is geographically diversified across asset classes in stable markets with the opportunity for significant appreciation.  Our sourcing teams include internal resources plus US-based partners who are best-in-class operators and developers.  We look for properties that are available at a discount to market value with strong operating fundamentals.  Acquisitions are funded by sales of ABC Tokens to investors and cashflows generated by the portfolio.  

Valuation of ABC’s asset-backed Tokens is determined by the combination of portfolio growth, asset appreciation and cashflows thus reducing risk and providing liquidity.

Assets in the existing investment portfolio are primarily in the Chicago where our founders have local expertise.  This provides the foundation to expand portfolio research nationally in key, high-growth markets.  We target real estate market segments that are stable with growing revenue streams including: multi-family, industrial, office, retail, data center, hospitality, and self-storage.
